Imprismed is a network level that I find to be the most exciting map I have ever played. The focus of this map is on fast-paced, heart-pounding action. Weapons and ammo are plentiful. Even a two-player game can be incredibly suspenseful.
I have also made some interesting use of lighting in this board; the light appears to move around everywhere, as if one is inside a prism (hence the name). I find that this isn't too distracting, but it certainly makes everything look a lot more interesting.
The map is also perfectly symmetrical, making it a challenge to even figure out where things are. This way people can't always run around a corner and know they'll find a SPANKR there...it could just be a lowly AR-75. : )
There are a couple of secret doors on this map as well, but they really aren't too difficult to find if you look for them. They do lead to one of the most important parts of the board, the twin 2X chargers. I've found that this area tends to get cluttered with dead bodies VERY quickly. Note the use of more Blood Gutters™, originated in my first map release, Mayhem. They're there for a reason, folks...figure out how to use them effectively (enclosed is a film if you have too much trouble figuring it out). Even more importantly, this area contains some invisibility power-ups, which give the player a HUGE advantage.
